Providers and clinic staff can use the Provider Request Center to find the pharmacy’s direct phone and fax information for non-urgent medication-related coordination.
Patient-specific, urgent, PHI, and controlled-substance matters require direct phone contact or another approved pharmacy workflow. Do not send protected health information through a website form.
